Strategic Plan



An ad-hoc CODA 2020 Strategic Planning Work Team was assembled in 2014 to work on developing and drafting a plan for the organisation’s consideration.
The work team members at the time were from all parts of the globe.

They included:

The plan remains a focus of the Board of Directors as we move forward to the 2020 Goal date. Former Directors, Jennifer Hensley & Jayde Perry have graciously offered their time to co-chair a Strategic Plan Committee to ensure the Board are kept accountable for the goals that have been set within the report. Please keep a watch out on this page for the report being released.
